ODL’s financial aids aims at supporting Luxembourg companies that are economically involved in export activities with the intention to prosper internationally.
These aids comply with European regulations on public aid for exports, in particular the "De Minimis Regulation".
Insurance products offered by ODL are aimed at all Luxembourg companies, regardless of their size, whether they offer services or goods. Some products are aimed directly at banks.
All projects that are submitted for an insurance cover to ODL are subject to an analysis of the debtor (Commercial risk) and of the country (political risk). Once insured, Luxembourg companies and banks benefit from ODL’s personalised support for the recovery of due claims and the possibility of receiving compensation if the customer ultimately fails to pay or declares bankruptcy.
