As part of its internal ESG policy and its CSR commitment, and in accordance with the law of May 16, 2023, implementing Directive (EU) 2019/1937 of the European Parliament and Council of October 23, 2019, on the protection of persons reporting breaches of Union law (hereinafter the “2023 Law”), ODL provides a secure channel for sending questions or reporting any situation that is problematic or unethical, such as human rights violations, bribery, money laundering, or terrorist financing within its activities.

To benefit from whistleblower protection, both the whistleblower and the report must meet the requirements of the 2023 Law:

Each report will be taken seriously and addressed promptly by ODL, in accordance with legal procedures.

An acknowledgment of receipt will be sent within 7 days of receiving your email, and feedback on the report will be provided within 3 months following the date of the report.
